Refunds and cancellations, in short

  • Your plan is delivered within 3 working days of your details form and payment (weekends and public holidays not counted).
  • Cancel before work starts: refund minus a small processing fee.
  • After work starts: fees for work done and sessions used are not refunded. The unused part may be refunded pro rata, at our discretion, after review.
  • If we make a mistake, we fix it or refund the affected part.
  • One pause of up to 30 days for illness or travel.
  • Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days.

Are the prices the same for every service?

Yes. Every service has the same 1, 3 and 6-month packages. The plan itself is personal to you.

Can I get a refund?

Your plan is delivered within 3 working days of your details form and payment (weekends and public holidays not counted). Cancel before work starts: refund minus a small processing fee. After work starts: fees for work done and sessions used are not refunded. The unused part may be refunded pro rata, at our discretion, after review. Do you replace my doctor?

No. We work alongside your doctor and never ask you to change a medicine.
