How we write and check health content
Who writes our content
Articles and tools are written for general education by the DietSetu team. Where an article names a dietitian as reviewer, that dietitian has read it before publication.
What we do
- We use clear, everyday language and familiar Indian food.
- We avoid big promises about results.
- We add the date an article was published and, when it changes, the date it was updated.
- We list sources where we rely on published research or guidelines.
What our content is not
Our content is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor. Our tools give general guidance and do not diagnose.
